What You Send
- The original, unmodified read from the ECU (and TCU where relevant)
- Vehicle details: make, model, engine, ECU type and software version where known
- The tool and read method used
- The requested solution, e.g. Stage 1, Stage 2 or supported delete options
- Any hardware modifications fitted to the vehicle
What You Receive
Checksum handling depends on the tool and ECU. If your tool needs the file prepared in a specific way, note this when you upload.

Turnaround
Most manually processed files are returned within 15 minutes during standard manual service hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 UK time). Supported files can also be processed through the 24/7 automated service.
We are often available later into the evening, and out-of-hours manual requests can be accommodated by prior arrangement. These are typical figures, not guarantees. Unusual ECUs or missing information can take longer.
Limitations
Not every ECU, software version or solution can be supported. Compatibility is confirmed per file. Emissions-related solutions are supplied for off-road, motorsport and export use only, and it is the tuner's responsibility to comply with local regulations.
